It appears as though his words are rather firm. He looks like he is yelling. An absolute cutie pie!
I don't know what he's saying but you can bet I'm going to do whatever he tells me to do! He already commands authority! lol

Whatever he's saying, he is SERIOUS! How very cute.
He hears all of the other kids talking and probably wants to join in on the conversations. My youngest is the biggest talker of all the kids.
