Today was the first day I tracked my points. I like Weight Watchers' program, but it is hard for me to get going. I've started writing down my food in my journal, though, and that's the first step towards making a real change.

This is the year!

Are you going to meetings, doing it online, or just doing it on your own? I have all the tools I need. The booklets, the tracker, the calculators...both digital, paper, and as an app on my iPhone. So, what's holding me back?
